Top Florida Villas - Please note these conditions

Minimum stay of two nights is required and is subject to our approval.
There is a $300 security deposit ($400 for our 6 bedroom home) that is required for your stay. This is REFUNDABLE after your departure and after a satisfactory inspection by the management company. If there are any problems the management company is always available to help. We will provide you with management information upon your confirmation.
Visa, Master Card and Discover gladly accepted. We also accept PayPal. If you have concerns about security and wish to pay by credit card please call us at:+44 (0) 1684-565709.
Reservations are not confirmed until deposit is received. To assure that you get the dates you are interested in we strongly suggest that you pay by credit card or some other means of immediate cash transfer. A non-refundable reservation deposit of $200 or 30% of total rental cost (whichever is greater) is required to hold your reservation. We cannot hold reservations without a deposit. Reservation balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. We recommend that our guests obtain travel insurance that covers cancellation in the even you have to cancel.
Our homes are available year round. You can rent them by the week, or month. **Stays less than 6 nights are subject to a cleaning fee**. For the comfort of all our guests we Do Not Permit smoking or pets in our home. A complete copy of our Terms & Conditions is available here. Check-In time is 4PM or later. For purposes of cleaning, etc., please plan to arrive no earlier than 4PM. Check-Out time is 10 AM or earlier. If you must check-In earlier or leave later please let us know when you make your reservation. We will try to accommodate your request. Late check-out may result in loss or reduction in the amount of your security deposit refund.
